Industrial Lands Study
Yass Valley Council has prepared a Draft Industrial Lands Study which provides an overview of the supply and demand for industrial and employment generating lands in the town of Yass. The draft study also identifies new areas for industrial and employment generating zoned land. Following finalisation of the draft study, the recommendations of the study will be used to guide the development of the new Local Environmental Plan (LEP).
