Yass Valley Council has a number of Local Environmental Plans (LEP's) and Development Control Plans (DCP's) which apply to the Yass Valley Local Government Area as a result of the Council amalgamation of February 2004.
The LEP's and DCP's which applied to the former Yass, Yarrowlumla and Gunning LGA's (attached below) continue to apply to those areas until such time that they are replaced with a new LEP and DCP. Council also has a number of policies which apply to the development applications.
