Section 68 Application Form (Approval to Carry out an Activity)

Use this form to apply for consent for activities that require approval under Section 68 of the Local Government Act, 1993 (eg slow combustion heaters, structures of places of public entertainment, water supply, sewerage and stormwater drainage work, management of waste, community land, public roads, public car park etc).
