Naming of Council Road

Naming of Council Road
Notice is given under the Roads Act 1993, that it is proposed to name two new urban streets, which were created as part of Development Application 5.2004.203.1, Clayton Street and Lumsden Avenue. Both of the streets are accessed of the Nicholls Drive extension and form part of the new residential subdivision.
Written submissions in regards to the proposed naming should be addressed to the General Manager, PO Box 6, Yass, NSW, 2582, and be received by Council before 5pm, Friday July 10, 2009.
Naming of Council Road
Notice is given under the Roads Act 1993, that it is proposed to name a new road, which was created as part of Development Application 5.2005.31.1, Kitty’s Creek Road. The proposed name refers to the geographical location of the adjacent creek which is known as Kitty’s Creek. The road is located off Kirkton Road on Lot 1 DP 1127112.
Written submissions in regards to the proposed naming should be addressed to the General Manager, PO Box 6, Yass, NSW, 2582, and be received by Council before 5pm, Friday July 10, 2009.
