This Development Application is seeking consent to subdivide Lot 1 in DP 601630, Lot 3 in DP 739744, Lots 1 & 2 in DP 741278 and Lot 1 in DP 998557, Yass Valley Way, Yass into:
1. 436 Residential Allotments;
2. 2 Allotments for Multiple Dwellings;
3. 2 Allotments for Childcare Facilities and Other Services; and
4. Associated Parks and Open Spaces.

The development applications, including plans and other supporting documentation will be on public exhibition from Friday 6 June 2008 up until Friday 4 July 2008 during normal office hours at Yass Valley Council’s Administrative Offices - 209 Comur Street, Yass.
Written submissions in relation to the development application will be received by Council up until 5.00 pm on Friday 4 July 2008. Any submission made should quote Council’s file number 4877 and the development application number.
In this regard, it should also be noted that the substance of any submission may be included in a written report concerning the application to the Council. In addition, it should be noted that Council is subject to Freedom of Information (FOI) legislation and as such copies of any submission may be made available to any person entitled to lodge an application under FOI legislation.
