Yass Valley Council Section 94 Contributions Plan

The provisions of Council's Section 94 Plan applies to development within urban and rural areas, and provides for the levying of contributions for public amenities and services including the following: - Urban Roads & Traffic;
- Community facilities;
- Open space improvements;
- Bushfire facilities;
- Plan administration.
Council also levies contributions under Section 64 of the Local Government Act in relation to Water and Sewer works. For further information please contact Council.
