"My Bin Did Not Get Emptied!"

If the bin has been missed Council will arrange for the collection of your bin. Once it has confirmed with the truck driver that the truck has been past that property. See contact list for which truck driver you need to speak too! Ensure to ask what service got missed: Kerbside Garbage or Recycling, Commercial Garbage or Paper/Cardboard collection. Council recommends that you place your bins approximately half (0.5) metre or two (2) foot facing the kerbside before 6.00 am of your pick up day.
