As well as being a family day for Camp Quality, it is also a fund raising event.
The activities are to commence at Flemington Road, Mitchell ACT. Entrants will meet at 9.00 am for 9.30 am departure to cruise to Hall Polo Ground.
All entrants (regardless of whether they are part of the cruise) are to have their vehicles parked at the Polo Ground by 10.00 am.
The ute competition is a static show. While the judging is taking place, a number of other activities will be operating, including:
- farm yard nursery
- sack and three legged races
- tug-o-war
Ute competition prizes will be awarded at approximately 2.00 pm. A barbeque will be operational from approximately 10.00 am.
