Applications will be received up until 4.00pm on Monday 16 November 2009. Council is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable person to lead a small team responsible for the delivery of Council’s bridge, drainage and concrete program. The successful applicant will have sound technical and operational skills in road, drainage and bridge construction and maintenance, together with the ability to supervise and co-ordinate a work team. The position is offered in the range of Grade 10 Entry Level $822.53 to Grade 10 Step 3 $888.34 for a thirty-eight hour week in accordance with Council’s Salary Structure. An industry disability allowance of $12.00 per week also applies. Other employment conditions are as per the Local Government (State) Award 2007.
