Councillors Expenses and Provision of Facilities 2008-2012

This policy is made under the Local Government Act, 1993 including Sections 248 254A and clause 403 of the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005.. The Act requires that  Council must adopt a policy on the payment of expenses and provision of facilities to the Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Councillors.
