Schedule of Council and Committee Meetings.
Ordinary monthly meetings of Council are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month, commencing at 5.00 pm. Special Planning meetings are held, as required, on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, commencing at 5.00 pm.
Between 5.00 pm and 5.30 pm at each Council Meeting an Open Forum is held when the public is given an opportunity to address Council. Anyone wishing to address Council on agenda items should put their request in writing to the General Manager prior to the meeting.
